Timpoc Consultants will assist the European Micro Finance Network (EMN) and ADA in developing and testing a tool to assess the financial health of micro entrepreneurs. It is expected to be used by Financial Service providers as well as Business developed Service providers. The overall aim is to assist micro entrepreneur to detect at an early stage whether micro enterprises are facing financial problems. The tool will be developed in the course of 2019.
